In case of inclement weather, the ceremony can be performed on the wooden deck or indoors at Autumn Moon Cottage. Ceremonies can be performed on the grounds or wooden deck with wooded background for guests at Moonlight Chalet. Ceremonies can also be performed at various sites in Historic Eureka Springs.     Arkansas Marriage License Information: Each individual must be over 18 years old to get married without parental consent. No blood test or waiting period is required. No witnesses are needed. Each of you must show a picture ID (such as a valid Driver's License). The forms may be completed at any county courthouse in Arkansas. A marriage license costs $58 (cash only and exact change).

    The County Clerk's office hours in Eureka Springs are from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., except on holidays, weather permitting.
