RESERVATIONS:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Cash or Travelers Cheques.
Sorry, we are unable to accept Corporate credit cards.

You may reserve the cabin by phone or online with a valid credit card. An online reservation will automatically run your credit card for Fifty percent of the entire stay at the rate of a one-bedroom reservation and will block out the dates for the cabin in our online calendar, so that no one else may reserve it. The rate for additional beds needed, will be added the amount due upon arrival. Please let us know how many beds you need in the comment area on the reservation form. Reservations are processed in the evenings and confirmations letters with directions to the cabin are emailed to the email address supplied us. Please call us if you have not received the email confirmation within 24 hours of reserving online.

Email confirmations are sometimes sent to spam folders depending on your service providerís protocols. Please reply to the confirmation letter email changing the subject line to accept so that we know you got it.

A reservation made by phone will be processed in the evening, a deposit equal to Fifty percent of the entire stay and/or package rates is required to guarantee reservation and will be charged to your credit card upon processing the reservation. The other Fifty percent is due the day of arrival. Confirmation letters will be emailed or mailed via United States Postal Service if email is not available.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Although we understand changes to your plans may happen, we are a small, privately owned business and cancellations impact us greatly. Last minute cancellations offer us little opportunity to re-book your cabin. Because of this we adhere to a strict policy:

Cancellations must be made 14-days prior to your arrival date. Reservations for holidays and special events require a 30-day cancellation notice. If you cancel after this date you are responsible for the entire stay and will be charged for the full amount of the reservation, unless the cabin can be re-booked for the entire period of the reservation. We will do our best to re-book the cabin for you.

Guests leaving before the reservation departure date or guests who do not show for the reservation arrival date are responsible for the entire stay and will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

All cancellations are subject to a $25 booking fee per cancellation.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
In the event you must cancel or reschedule your reservation due to weather conditions you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation and issued a non-transferable voucher for the full amount of your stay. The voucher is valid for 60-days.

NON-SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only. Ashtrays are provided on the deck for your convenience. If smoking is detected inside the cabin you will be charged an amount equal to the rate of two nights.

PETS:
Sorry, no pets allowed in the cabin.

Check-In Time: begins at 3:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.
Must make prior arrangements for early arrivals.
